Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the leisure segment.
- Strong network and understanding of both traditional and digital travel trade channels.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Thai and English.
- Able to travel for work both domestically and internationally.
- Dynamic, target-driven, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Job Descriptions:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow business from leisure-focused markets (Main in Europe)
- Manage relationships with key travel agents, wholesalers and DMCs.
- Conduct sales calls, attend trade shows, roadshows, and familiarization trips (FAM) to generate new business.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor performance, and booking patterns to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with Revenue, Reservations, and Marketing teams to align rate strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Train and mentor Sales Team under the leisure portfolio.
- Maintain updated records in CRM and ensure contract compliance with partners.
- Represent La Flora Group in a professional and brand-aligned manner at all times.
