Accounting Manager/Chef Accountant

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA is a plus)
2.Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
3.Strong understanding of Thai tax laws, hotel accounting practices, and regulatory compliance
4.Experience with accounting systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Sun, or hotel PMS/Back Office systems)
5.Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
6.Good command of English, both written and spoken
7.Proficient in MS Excel and financial reporting tools
8.Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
9.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Supervise daily operations of the accounting team (AP, AR, GL, Income Audit, and Cost Control)
2.Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing
3.Review and verify financial statements, balance sheets, and ledger reports
4.Monitor cash flow, working capital, and bank reconciliations
5.Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory filings (e.g., VAT, withholding tax, CIT)
6.Coordinate and support internal and external audits
7.Implement and monitor internal controls and accounting procedures
8.Assist DOFC/ADOFC with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
9.Liaise with other departments to ensure proper accounting practices
10.Maintain confidentiality of financial information at all times
