Proven experience as a Security Manager, Security Supervisor, or in a similar role.

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent knowledge of security systems, procedures, and best practices.

Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergencies.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with health and safety regulations.

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
