1. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี การเงิน หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2.มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในด้านบัญชีรับชำระเงิน หรือการเงิน อย่างน้อย 1?3 ปี
3.มีความสามารถในการใช้โปรแกรมบัญชี และ Microsoft Excel ได้เป็นอย่างดี
4.มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ รับผิดชอบสูง และสามารถตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารทางการเงินได้
5.มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและทำงานร่วมกับทีมได้ดี

1. Review and Verify Cashier and Payment Summaries:
- Check and confirm all cashier summaries and supporting tax documents from various departments, including:
- Front Cashier Summary (Cash Sales & Deposits)
- Outlet Cashier Summary (Cash Sales)
- Credit Card Summary (Employee Receivables)
- Correction Reports for Accounts Receivable collections

2. Prepare Daily Bank Deposit Reports (General Cashier Report):
- Compile and classify daily cash receipts for bank deposits, including:
- Cash Sales (Pay-in Cash)
- Accounts Receivable Collections (Pay-in Cash)
- Credit Card and Cheque Receipts

3. Document Verification for Financial Transactions:
- Prepare and verify key financial documents such as:
- Folios, Long Bills
- Deposit Forms, Tax Invoices, and Official Receipts

4. Daily and Monthly Financial Reconciliation:
- Cross-check and reconcile financial reports with relevant departments:
- Cashier Sales vs. Income Auditor Reports
- Receivables vs. Night Audit and Correction A/R reports

5. Bank Reconciliation:
- Reconcile bank deposit records with monthly bank statements (Bank Reconciliation Report)

6. Journal Voucher Preparation:
- Prepare and record financial transactions into the general ledger through journal vouchers

7. VAT Reporting (PP.30):
- Prepare monthly VAT filings including input/output tax, reconciliation with the general ledger and bank

8. Petty Cash Reporting:
- Monitor, prepare, and report petty cash usage and ensure proper documentation

9. Perform Other Assigned Tasks:
- Assist with additional duties and special projects as assigned by supervisors
