The general manager is responsible for maximizing the satisfaction of the clients and their working environment in order to achieve all the objectives set. GM is also responsible for managing and controlling the operations of all departments within Yunomori Onsen Retreat & Spa in order to achieve the goals and policies set by the Board of Directors. As well as being a coordinator between the various parties within the club to be able to operate smoothly and consistent Ready to work in a stressful state.
Finance
- Prepare financial reports and give details of the income and expenses (forecast) of each department, while supervising the profit and lost profit and loss of business operations in the company.
- Continuous service control and product analysis to build confidence Take care of operating costs
- Develop processes for accurate inventory control and monitoring.
- Use the product properly and meet the standard The service is purchased and verified as to be correct.
Customer Service
- Inspect customer satisfaction survey
- Anticipate and monitor customer satisfaction
- Follow good professional attitude and negotiation Maintain customer base
- Develop and maintain a way to compensate for complaints from customers.
- Ensure that there are regulations on the service.
Sale & Marketing
- Help increase sales team potential while taking care of sales to achieve the target as specified
- Work together to develop the marketing strategy of Yunomori Onsen Retreat & Spa and create a consistent image.
- Participate in corporate image building
- Follow competitive and industry trends
- Develop marketing and promotion tools within the organization To increase sales and income
- Ensuring that there is a corporate identity at all times
Human Resource
- Help maintain accurate employee contracts and meet the requirements.
- Develop and recruit, select and select effective personnel
- Ongoing implementation and skill training to ensure service standards are upheld.
- Develop and evaluate the performance and goals of the department head.
- Motivating, honesty, warm working environment within the organization
- Create a clear career development program
- Use incentives and punishment guidelines for the positive and negative behavior of employees in each department.
- Prepare employee appraisal reports with the proposed action plan
- Delegate responsibilities to the best employees to perform them while enforcing all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values
- Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of those involved
Operation
- Develop strategic plans for optimized productivity
- Uphold standards of excellence and soaring quality
- Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships
- Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans

- Maintain and update the service manual of each department to be up to date.
- Ensuring that there is an executive meeting and presenting relevant information within the company
- Arrange for regular employee meetings to ensure that the operations are performed as received.
- Ensure maintenance of all equipment Work efficiently
