3. Communicate effectively and clearly, speak English/Chinese fluently
4. Positive personality and attitude, work as a team.
5. Service-oriented with good attention to details.
6. Age between 22 - 35 .

1. Check booking details the today arrival that haven?t come to check in
2. Check the room rate and Registration cards
3. Double check the case from Afternoon shift
4. Close day
5. Double check the booking in email and OTA
6. Check the Noshow guest Extend stayed and Prepard document for Morning shift
7. Night Report
