-Minimum 0?1 year of experience in a professional kitchen or pastry environment (internship experience is acceptable).
-Basic knowledge of pastry techniques and kitchen operations.
-Passion for baking and pastry arts.
-Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
-Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
-Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
-Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays.
-Culinary or Pastry Certificate/Diploma is an advantage.

-Assist in the preparation of pastries, cakes, bread, desserts, and other baked goods.
-Follow recipes and presentation standards as directed by the Pastry Chef.
-Ensure proper handling and storage of all ingredients and finished products.
-Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the pastry kitchen at all times.
-Ensure that mise-en-place is ready for each shift.
-Comply with food safety and sanitation regulations.
-Support senior pastry chefs in daily kitchen operations.
-Perform other related duties as assigned.
