Manage the Sales Team
:Supervise and provide guidance to the regional sales team to ensure effective
performance and achievement of sales targets.
Develop and Implement Sales Plans
:Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to each regional market in order to increase hotel revenue and
market share within the region.
Build and Maintain Customer Relationships
:Foster strong relationships with existing and potential clients to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Analyze Data and Plan Accordingly
:Analyze regional sales data and market trends to refine sales strategies in accordance with current market dynamics.
Coordinate with Related Departments
:Work closely with regional marketing and hotel operations teams to ensure seamless and effective implementation of
sales and operational plans.
Report Performance Results
:Prepare and present performance reports and sales updates to the management team.
