Qualifications:
-Proven experience in the Hotel, Tourism, or Hospitality industry is a must.
-Bachelor's Degree or Higher in related field.
-Idea-driven, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset.
-2-3 year's experience working the similar position.
-Good communications skills, Fluent in English both writing and verbally.
-Self-motivated, yet able to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
-Good organizational and time-management skills.
-A smart appearance and professional manner.
Primary Duties
-Develop English & Thai training course content, presentation, manuals and handouts.
-Translate training materials to appropriate Thai Language and/or English Language.
-Conduct the training for hotel members mostly in English and Thai.
-Develop training reports, forms and documents for use in all BWH Hotels Properties in Asia.
-Coordinate with each property of training schedule & presentations (number of people expected, room layout, materials, etc.).
-Liaise with property participants for in-house program details and logistics such as course confirmation, roster, and hotel reservations, visa letters.
-Handle all on site logistics such as supervising the physical set up for training, arranging for food & beverages, preparing for training materials / equipment as well as other on-site support as required.
-Liaise with suppliers for materials production.
-Handle training expense processing & cost allocation ? cash advance, expense report and reimbursement.
-Undertake evaluation of the training programs and submit reports at the end of training courses and make recommendation for future training plans based on this experience.
-Develop training report to keep training record of all Hotels.
-Monitor the Training Needs Analysis and Service Performance of all BWH Hotels through brand guest satisfaction channel.
-Administrate the BWH Hotels Online learning and act as a Training Coordinator for any queries on Online learning including learning record, technical difficulties and monthly summary report.
-In consultation with system developer, setup and maintain a computerized Training & Human Resources development profiles of all properties.
-Review and screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
-Perform responsibilities/projects assigned by Senior Regional Director, Human Resources & Training.
Internal Training & Development:
-Perform a Training Needs Analysis for BWH Hotels Asia Head Office staff on a yearly basis.
-Coordinate with each Department for their training courses and develop monthly Training plan for BWH Hotels Asia Head Office staff.
-Conduct mandatory and supervisory training courses for BWH Hotels Asia Head Office staff on a monthly basis.
-Keep track record of each staff?s training hours and development plan.
-Coordinate onboarding and familiarization program for new BWH Hotels Asia Head Office staff.
