Front Office Supervisor

College degree or above.
3-4 star hotel or serviced apartment experience, more than 1 years or more.
Communicate effectively and clearly, speak English/Chinese fluently
Positive personality and attitude, work as a team.
Service-oriented with good attention to details.
Age between 25 - 45 .

1. Responsible for providing a welcoming, efficient check-in for each guest.
2. Modify and update the respective folios of the hotel guests.
3. Create delights for our guests by attending to their needs and performing our Whatever/Whenever.
