Qualifications
Proven experience in hotel?or hospitality industry?sales, especially in MICE, corporate, or group segments (2+ years preferred).
Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Results-oriented mindset, able to meet or exceed sales targets.
Proficiency with hotel sales software and CRM systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi, OnQ, Cvent, Lanyon).
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
Fluency in English (others languages a plus depending on region).
Flexible, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Willingness to travel locally and attend off-site events as needed.
Job Summary
As a Cluster Sales Executive, you'll oversee sales initiatives across multiple properties (Wyndham and Ramada) to drive revenue through corporate, MICE, group, and leisure segments. You?ll identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and close deals that align with the cluster?s strategic goals.
