Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of management experience in Rooms Division (Front Office / Housekeeping), preferably with cluster or multi-property responsibility.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests, team members, and stakeholders.
Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial reports.
Proficient in hotel property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
Fluency in English; additional languages will be an advantage.
Job Summary
The Cluster Rooms Division Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the overall operations of the Rooms Division (Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, and other related departments) across multiple hotels within the cluster. This role ensures that service standards are consistently delivered, guest satisfaction is maximized, and operational efficiency is achieved in alignment with the brand?s quality standards and financial objectives.
