- Greet guests in a polite and professional manner; assist with check-in and check-out.
- Handle and deliver guest luggage promptly and safely.
- Provide basic hotel information, facilities, and local area knowledge.
- Drive the hotel?s Shuttle Bus to transport guests according to assigned schedules or routes.
- Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the vehicle at all times.
- Comply with traffic regulations and hotel safety policies.
- Assist other departments when required.
