Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate revenue goals.
Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to inform strategy.Lead national or regional sales efforts depending on business scope.

Team Leadership & Development:Hire, train, and manage the sales team to meet individual and team sales targets.
Set clear performance expectations, KPIs, and conduct regular performance reviews.Foster a high-performance sales culture with coaching, mentoring, and incentive programs.

Revenue Growth & Pipeline Management:Oversee and improve the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closing.Use CRM systems to manage pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasting.Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell within existing accounts.

Relationship Management:Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.Resolve escalated client issues to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.

Collaboration & Reporting:Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align on go-to-market strategies.Report on sales performance, trends, and market intelligence to executive leadership.
