Hotel Manager (ผู้จัดการโรงแรม) - Woodlands Hotel & Resort Pattaya

? Minimum 5 years? experience in hotel management or senior hospitality operations
? Proven track record of managing all aspects of hotel operations
? Strong leadership and people management skills
? Excellent guest service orientation and problem-solving ability
? Proficiency in financial management and budgeting
? Fluency in English and Thai (written & spoken)
? Degree in Hospitality Management or related field

? Manage day-to-day hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and facilities
? Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
? Lead and develop a team of hospitality professionals
? Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and brand standards
? Monitor key performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
? Build strong relationships with guests, travel agents, and stakeholders
? Oversee budgets and financial reporting
