Education & Qualifications

Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Sales & Marketing, or related field.

Master?s degree is an advantage.

Experience

Minimum 5?8 years of progressive sales experience in the hospitality industry.

At least 3?5 years in a leadership role focusing on corporate accounts.

Proven record in driving revenue growth in luxury hotel/resort corporate markets.

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of Pattaya, Chonburi, Bangkok corporate market dynamics.

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Ability to develop strategies that balance immediate results with long-term growth.

Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Fluent in English (spoken and written); Thai language proficiency preferred.

รายละเอียดงาน

The Director of Sales (Corporate) is responsible for leading and driving the resort?s corporate sales strategy, with a focus on Pattaya, Chonburi, and other potential markets. This role will build strong corporate client relationships, maximize revenue opportunities, and position InterContinental Pattaya Resort as a preferred destination for business and leisure-related corporate travel.

The position requires a proactive leader with a strong track record in corporate sales, market development, and strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement corporate sales strategies aligned with hotel revenue goals.

Identify and secure new business opportunities in Pattaya, Chonburi, Bangkok, and other emerging markets.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to refine strategy.

Client & Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate accounts, travel agencies, and intermediaries.

Lead negotiations, proposals, and contracts with corporate partners.

Represent the resort at sales calls, trade shows, and networking events.

Revenue & Performance Management

Achieve corporate segment revenue targets across rooms, MICE, and ancillary services.

Monitor sales performance and provide regular forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management.

Work closely with Revenue Management and Marketing to ensure optimal pricing and positioning.

Leadership & Collaboration

Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve corporate sales objectives.

Collaborate with F&B, Events, and Operations teams to ensure seamless guest and client experiences.

Foster a culture of accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement.
