What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role especially familiar with PMS program.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to think quickly and problem-solve effectively
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service
Fluency in both English and Thai
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
What you'll be doing
Warmly welcome and check-in guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
Assist guests with luggage, transportation, and other needs as required
Proactively identify and address any guest concerns or issues
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the resort's facilities, services, and local attractions
Provide recommendations and information to enhance the guest experience
Contribute to the overall positive atmosphere and ambiance of the resort
