-Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Hotel Management, or related fields.
-Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or in a higher managerial role.
-Minimum 5-7 years of experience in operations management (hospitality/service industry preferred).
-Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
-Knowledge of strategic planning, cost control, and efficiency improvement.
-Proficiency in English (a third language is a plus).
-Computer skills: MS Office, ERP, POS, PMS (Opera/Comanche).
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
-Lead, coach, and motivate team members across departments.
-Monitor performance, control costs, and improve operational efficiency.
-Maintain service standards and ensure guest satisfaction.
-Coordinate with management to support business goals.
