Finance Director

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, CPA preferred.

Experience in Finance management for 10 years or more (hospitality experience preferred).

Experience working in global business environment with sound understanding of global processes and transactional flows.

Operational healthcare and / or hospitality experience strongly preferred (there is a mention of healthcare ? suggest we replace that)

Experience with SAP financial operating systems preferred

Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders in a complex operational environment

Demonstrated experience and understanding of Accounting Principles and Controllership.

Able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change.

Successfully led cross-functional projects/process improvement within operations/finance function involving process improvement or pre-operational experience.

Excellent communication skills and able to clearly communicate complex financial information in an easy-to-understand manner.

Fluent in written and spoken English.

Provides financial advice and support to Executive Leadership Team, Finance & Audit and Investment Committees and Board of Directors, ensuring complex financial information is analyzed and reported to support and inform decisions and issues are resolved.

Ensures accurate long-range operating, capital, and cash flow projections.

Prepares monthly and quarterly forecasts and reports, develops financial models for revenue and expense forecasting, and ensures their accuracy.

Leads and manages the annual budgeting process, working directly with Executives and leaders to develop assumptions and timelines.

Evaluates changing priorities, trends, emerging issues, and legislative and regulatory requirements, analyzing the potential impacts on financial operations.

Drive the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks with mitigation strategies.

Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis.

Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to upper executives.

Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines.

Work & coordinate with The Project & Business Finance of The Aspen Tree BU/MQDC for the accuracy of the financial report to MQDC Excom.
