Formal Hotel and Residences preferred.
Formal experience at Luxury hotel and Residences preferred.
Bachelor?s degree is preferred
3 years' experience of relevant working experience in Loss Prevention, Security, or related professional area.
Solid proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
Knowledge and experience of Financial Resources.
Proactive time management skills.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Assists in the development and implementation of emergency procedures.
Conducts investigation of all losses of property assets and refers to proper management for disposition.
Deploys security staff to effectively monitor and protect property assets.
Comply with all safety and security management guidelines and procedures.
Conduct periodic patrols of entire property and parking areas.
Recognize success across areas of responsibility.
Handles complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others.
Identifies and makes recommendations for minimizing physical hazards and unsafe work practices.
Implements action plans to monitor and control risk.
Maintains required reports and documentation regarding patrols of property and parking areas.
Provides means for obtaining necessary medical attention on a timely basis.
Communicates the importance of safety procedures, detailing procedure codes, ensuring employee understanding of safety codes, monitoring processes and procedures related to safety.
Encourages and builds mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
Identifies the developmental needs of others and coaching, mentoring, or otherwise helping others to improve their knowledge or skills.
Provides guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.
Provides personal assistance, medical attention, emotional support, or other personal care to others such as coworkers, customers, or patients.
Serves as a role model to demonstrate appropriate behaviors.
Communicates areas that need attention to staff and follows up to verify understanding.
Participates in departmental meetings and continually communicates a clear and consistent message regarding the departmental goals to produce desired results.
Establishes and maintains open, collaborative relationships with employees and verifies employees do the same with them.
Reviews guest feedback with leadership team and ensures appropriate corrective action is taken.
Responds to and handles guest problems and complaints.
Stays visible and interfaces with customers on a regular basis to obtain feedback on quality of product, service, safety levels and overall satisfaction.
Reviewing comments, guest /resident satisfaction results and other data to identify areas of improvement.
Touring building a regular basis speaking with team and residents to understand business needs and assess operational opportunities.
Takes ownership of a guest complaint/problem until it is resolved, or it has been addressed by the appropriate manager or employee.
