- Minimum of 3 years Digital Marketing and social media experience in hospitality.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, consumer engagement, and strong awareness of the digital world.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and ability to draw insights from the data.
- Excellent English communications skills (verbal and written), a strong sense of quality and a creative mind set. Multilingual capability would be an added advantage.
- Understands the hotel?s marketplace and stays well-informed of market trends, including evaluating competitors? digital marketing activities, and implements changes as required by market conditions. Monitors both the hotel?s and competitors? social media channels, as well as online reviews, for deeper market insights.
- Provides oversight of PPC, SEO, SEM, analytics, display advertising, and campaign management.
- Ensures accurate website content management and maintenance of the online image database, with a strong focus on SEO best practices.
- Manages accurate and consistent content across third-party distribution platforms.
- Creates, develops, and updates digital content for the hotel?s website.
- Produces engaging social media content tailored to specific platforms.
- Manages relationships with third-party agencies; assists with digital marketing briefs and keeps agencies and corporate partners informed of relevant updates to maximize exposure opportunities.
- Oversees the execution of online and social media marketing campaigns in coordination with relevant teams.
- Maintains an active presence for each property on the official website and all social media platforms, ensuring content updates align with the strategic marketing plans for both the holding company and individual entities.
- Oversees all social media campaigns to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Is proactive and creative in developing integrated PR and social media programs that capitalize on unique and newsworthy stories, as well as leveraging unexpected opportunities as they arise.
- Manages the hotel?s online reputation, ensuring timely responses and positive engagement across all review platforms.
