-Previous hotel or customer-service experience preferred.
-English communication skills (able to handle foreign guests).
-Responsible, calm under pressure, polite, and service-minded.
-Comfortable working overnight.
-Basic computer and POS/booking-system literacy.
-Provide a warm welcome to late-arriving guests and assist with check-in and check-out.
-Handle guest inquiries, room requests, and basic concierge support during nighttime hours.
-Monitor hotel entrances, ensure guest security, and report any unusual incidents.
-Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management when issues arise.
-Prepare next-day reports, record guest requests, and perform end-of-day reconciliations.
-Maintain cleanliness and tidiness at the front desk and lobby area.
-Support basic administrative tasks and assist morning staff with daily handover.
