1. Service work and treatment?

Works as Occupational Therapist role under OT standards (Assess/ evaluate, diagnose, Plan for treatment plan, Treat the patient, daily activities instruction)??

Records patient history and physical Therapy program in HIS?

1.3 Maintain functional competency as Job description?

1.4 Works under health & Brain?s Policy and procedure??

1.5 Collaborate with a team for process improvement.?

1.6 Creates Occupational Therapy program (Personal and/ or groups)?

1.7 Provide Patient instruction/ information (Paper or media)?

5. Facility Management?

5.1 To coordinate with biotechnician of medical devices, Physiology Equipment?s as year plan.?

5.2 Coordinate with Medical equipment technician for preventive maintenance, servicing, and prompt repairs of all equipment.?

5.3 Maintains the building and Physiology department ?s facilities and furnishings to the level of a 6-star hotel.?

6. Patient Safety?

6.1 Understands key client safety concepts, i.e. adverse events, sentinel events, incidents and risks by follow Aspen tree Standard .?
