Assistant Chief Engineer/ Chief Engineer - Upcoming Hotel in Khon Kaen

Thai Nationality.
- Hotel industry work experience
- Advanced knowledge of building management/engineering
- A degree in Engineering or similar
- Positive attitude
- Good communication skills
- Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
- Strong leadership skills and previous experience of managing a team

-Assists with scheduling work assignments, develops blueprints if necessary, and oversees and inspects the completion of all work performed by subordinates.
-Responsible for the completion of a daily assignment log consisting of a breakdown of all assignments, dispatches, and jobs completed.
-Ensures that all equipment is functioning properly at all times and that preventive maintenance measures are maintained to company standards. Assist with supervision of outside contractors performing construction or installations on the hotel premises.
-Ensures that all filters throughout the hotel are changed as scheduled. Approves materials requisitions for work completion.
-Recommends minor or major repairing or replacement of any hotel equipment.
