- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel or resort sales, preferably in MICE or corporate markets.
- Strong understanding of the MICE and corporate travel landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated, proactive and goal-oriented.
- Proficiency in English, additional language skills are an advantage.
We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager or Senior Sales Manager (Corporate MICE) to lead the growth of our corporate and MICE segments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring the hotel is effectively represented in the corporate and events market.
This position is responsible for developing business within the Corporate and MICE segments, including both individual corporate travelers (FIT) and group events. The role focuses on achieving revenue targets, enhancing brand presence, and ensuring the seamless delivery of meetings and events in collaboration with internal teams.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the MICE and corporate client base.
- Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients, event planners, DMCs, and key accounts
- Identify new business opportunities through proactive sales calls, trade shows, and networking events.
- Work closely with event and operations teams to ensure flawless execution of corporate meetings and group events.
- Achieve and exceed assigned room night and revenue targets.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts and strategic plans to management.
- Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by Senior Management.
