Certificate or diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field.
At least 1 years of experience working in a professional kitchen; experience in catering or events is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of culinary fundamentals and kitchen operations.
Experience or familiarity with Thai and/or international cuisine.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with instructors, students, and event teams.
Basic communication skills in English (especially for understanding recipes and instructions); Thai fluency is required.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (e.g., HACCP) is preferred.
The Assistant Chef supports the lead Chef Instructors, Chef Production and Assistant Chef Supervisor in delivering high-quality culinary education and training. This role involves assisting with kitchen preparation, class demonstrations, student supervision, and ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient learning environment. The Assistant Chef Instructor also plays an important role in student mentoring, school events, and catering operations.
