Proven experience in F&B leadership, with a strong background in coffee shop/caf?? concepts development
Strong marketing acumen and ability to drive revenue growth through creative strategies.
Ability to lead teams, inspire creativity, and execute projects from inception to launch.
Fluency in Thai and English; knowledge of Italian coffee culture is a plus.
