BU: Chit Chaat Restaurant (Sukhumvit 24)

1. Inventory and stock: Monitor stock levels, place orders for supplies, and manage inventory to prevent shortages or waste.

2. Customer service: Ensure excellent customer service, handle customer complaints or issues, and maintain a positive atmosphere.

3. Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service, maintain cleanliness, and coordinate with other departments like the kitchen.

4. Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and alcohol service laws and regulations, such as checking IDs and ceasing service to intoxicated patrons.

5. Manage cash handling, maintain floats, and potentially contribute to sales targets and budgets.

6. Support and implement promotional activities and events to drive sales and customer engagement.
