Qualifications
?Bachelor?s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
?Minimum 3?5 years of experience in revenue management, preferably in hotels.
?Strong understanding of hotel distribution and OTA landscape.
?Proficiency with PMS, CRS, channel manager, and revenue management systems (RMS) preferred (Opera, HotelTime, D-edge)
?Strong analytical and Excel skills; ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
?Excellent communication and presentation skills.
?Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

รายละเอียดงาน

The Revenue Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue management strategies to optimize room revenue, market share, and overall profitability. This role requires strong analytical skills, solid understanding of distribution channels and OTAs, and the ability to work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to drive performance.

Key Responsibilities
?Develop and execute pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies to maximize revenue and RevPAR.
?Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and demand patterns to adjust strategy proactively.
?Manage all distribution channels (OTAs, brand.com, wholesalers, direct bookings) to ensure rate parity and maximize visibility.
?Optimize content, promotions, and connectivity with OTAs to improve conversion and market share.
?Analyze daily pickup, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and channel mix to provide recommendations.
?Produce accurate short-term and long-term forecasts for rooms revenue.
?Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams on promotions, packages, and corporate pricing strategies.
?Lead weekly revenue meetings, the presentation of monthly performance, forecast, yearly budget plan and strategic actions to owner office.
?Work closely with front office/reservations teams on upselling, overbooking strategy, and rate management.
?Ensure compliance with hotel distribution standards, rate loading accuracy, and content quality across all systems.
