- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจเรื่องงานระบบ และเครื่องมือช่าง
- ตรงต่อเวลา ซื่อสัตย์ มีความกระตือรือร้น มีความรับผิดชอบงาน แก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้
- ปวช ปวส ปริญญาตรี
- เคยทำงานด้านโรงแรมมาก่อนจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

????Applicant Qualifications
- Knowledge and understanding of systems and tools, punctuality, honesty, enthusiasm, responsibility, and problem-solving skills.
- Vocational Certificate, Higher Vocational Certificate, or Bachelor's Degree.
- Previous hotel experience is a plus.

????รายละเอียดงาน
- ปฏิบัติงานตามแผนงานประจำวัน / ประจำสัปดาห์ / ประจำเดือน
- ตรวจเช็ค ดูแล บำรุงรักษา และ/หรือซ่อมแซมอุปกรณ์และงานระบบทั้งหมดในอาคาร และพื้นที่ส่วนกลางให้อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งานได้ตลอดเวลา
- ดูแลรักษาห้องเครื่องต่าง ๆ ให้สะอาด เป็นระเบียบ
- ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่น ๆ ตามที่ผู้จัดการอาคารมอบหมาย
- ดำเนินการงานโปรเจคต่างๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย อาทิเช่น งานไม้ งานปูน และงานเหล็ก

???? Job Description
- Perform tasks according to the daily/weekly/monthly work plan. Inspect, maintain, and/or repair all equipment and systems in the building and common areas to ensure they are ready for use at all times.
- Maintain and organize the mechanical room.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the building manager.
- Perform assigned projects, such as carpentry, masonry, and metalwork.
