Sous Chef

3?5 years experience in European or Indian cuisine; previous Sous Chef experience preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and multi-tasking skills.

Good understanding of western & Indian cooking techniques, spices, and flavor profiles.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
