Energetic and Motivated Security Supervisor

- extensive prior experience as a security guard
- HOtel experience is a MUST!
- good & clear verbal and written skills for training, reporting, coordination
- trained in first aid, CPR, conflict resolution, emergency response
- motivate teams, delegate tasks, setting goals

- leads and manages a team of security guards
- overseeing daily operations like access control, patrols, and incident response to protect property and people, involving training staff, managing schedules, monitoring systems (CCTV/alarms)
- conducting investigations and ensuring compliance with security protocols, acting as a key link between guards and management
- require strong leadership, problem-solving, communication skills, and knowledge of security best practices to maintain a safe environment
- handle emergencies calmly
