- Ensure banquet setup is completed according to event orders and hotel standards
- Brief and assign duties to banquet staff before each event
- Monitor service quality and ensure guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with kitchen, sales, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special requirements professionally
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Control and maintain banquet equipment and inventory
