- Degree to Bachelor Degree or equivalent, Vocational degree, Diploma or higher studies .
- Significant experience in a customer-service position .
- Computer literate
Languages: fluent in the national language, English and a third language.
- Must be Guest Service Oriented with Great Problem Resolution skills.

- The Guest Service Agent reports directly to the Front Desk Supervisor (Assistant Manager in her/his absence).
- The GSA will be dynamic and efficient to serve all guests approaching the Front Desk with a professional, warm and positive attitude. She/he will be a main actor in the c/I and c/o process which occur at the Front Desk, and will be available to help the guest in any of his request.
- The GSA rotate 24 hours a day.
