As a hostess, you should ideally have a diploma/degree, preferable previous experiences in the Food & Beverage Department within a hotel or 5 stars restaurant.
Good command of the English language, both spoken and written. Multiple language ability is considered as additional advantage.
- Deliver exceptional service in accordance with VOGUE lounge standards and procedures.
- Consistently offer a professional, friendly
greeting and engaging service by discovering all of our guests needs and acting on these needs promptly,effectively and with confidence.
- Ensure that guest expectations are exceeded and standards are consistently maintained.
- To positively contribute to the sales activities within the venue and maximize sales opportunities.
- To be flexible in assisting all areas of
the venue in response to business and guest needs.
- Confirm all reservations as to time and number of people in the party. Then transfer this information to the reservation system.
- Responsible for all further reservations made
during the evening, whether for the same or other dates.
- Extreme care and accuracy of all details is
essential with prompt entry in the reservation system extremely important.
- Greeting and engaging service by discovering all of our guests.
