To greet
guests.
To
assist the captain in serving of food and beverage at the assigned station.
To
help the busboy in carrying out his duties.
To
make sure, operation equipment is spotless, clean and food is hot before
service.
To
hand over the orders, written down on a captain order, to the distribution
areas.
To
pick up food from the distribution areas serve it to the right table.
To
clear tables and carry the dirty dishes to the dish washing area.
