1. Ensure that the systems of accounting, flows, internal
checks, including instruction from Group and Regionals Offices, are
understood and complied.
2. Control and monitor the reporting for operational and
transnational expenses being incurred in transactions.
3. Manage and operate to Cash Flow forecasts and cash
management.
4. Controlling Food & Beverage cost by Ku De Ta
regulations and general store equipment still pending work & Stock
Control.
5. Contribute to the improvement initiatives for a more
effective process.
6. Controlling debit and credit (Financial Statement)
7. To motivate Finance and Account staffs and maintain
their morale, while ensuring that their work is effective by ensuring
proper supervision and training.
8. Analyze current and future business operations and
plans to determine financial effectiveness.
