- Minimum 2-3 years supervisory experienced in hospitality industry
- Team leader with good interpersonal skills
- Able to communicate in English, both in writing and speaking
- Good computer skills in relevant working system and MS Office
Responsible for coordinating and conducting training programs in order to enhance the quality of staff and to improve the staff performance and efficiency in handling hotel guests.
Provides orientation and training to hotel staff as planned by the Talented & Development Manager.
Assist Department Heads to select and implement training programs for new and existing staff.
