Public Relations manager

Qualification
? Thai Nationality only
? Male or Female
? Bachelor?s Degree or higher in PR/Marketing or related major.
? At least 6 years experience in directing and leading sales and marketing team of F&B industry with leading hotels resorts or free standing restaurants.
? Good understanding of food and beverage operations and knowledge Public Relations, Sales and Marketing.
? Strong social networks, strong industry networks, understands working with brands
? Good in communication skill and computer literature

JOB SUMMARY:
? To be contact and coordinator with all media.
? To be responsible to take an aggressive and pro-active approach in promoting and marketing F&B related activities.
? Coordinates suppliers for designing and printing collateral letters, flyers, brochures, etc.
? To contact editors for informing F&B new products or promotion programs in liaison with CRM and Marketing Departments.
? Proposes merchandising activities when applicable.
? Releases information of F&B promotion programs among different departments within the CRM and Marketing Departments.
? Coordinates with production houses for collateral design.
? Monitors and maintains a customer database.
? To be responsible for food and beverage promotions, shows and entertainment.
? Searches / coordinates potential sponsors for promotion programs.
? Prepare the annual F&B marketing plan with Senior Management, CRM and Marketing Departments.
? To monitor the market and competitors activities and reports to Senior Management, CRM and Marketing Departments.
? Research and analyze target customer, market segmentation, market trends, competitors and make recommendation to maximize revenue.
