? Good personality and well spoken
? Basic knowledge in western food
? Five years + of experience in restaurant service (special consideration for those with experience in five stars hotels and restaurants)
? Good Leadership, setting good examples for other team members as well as ability to teach/train them.
? High in both personal and work-related Hygiene Standard.
? Dedicated, punctual and responsible.
? Ability to cope with stressful situations.
? Ability to predict and control stock ordering so there is no over or under ordering.
? Ability to coordinate between service and kitchen to ensure smooth operations.
? Good knowledge in wines, and ability in explaining and presenting wines to customers.
? Good knowledge in other alcoholic Beverages.
