About you:?

At least 3 years' experience in similar position that can demonstrate maturity as well as appropriate leadership skills?
Good track record in sales with the ability to ensure (team) targets are met?
Solid background / experience in delivering high quality customer service
Knowledge/experience in Health / Fitness sector preferred; any relevant qualifications would be an advantage (including first aid certification)?
Excellent communications skills as well as good MS Office and CRM skills?
Very good English skills required and must have fluent Thai language skills

The Role:?

Manage day-today operations of the sales team, and ensure that they meet/exceed membership targets?
Recruit, train, motivate and retain a high performance sales team?
Refine and implement sales strategies, and ensure timely management reporting?
As part of the management team you will also assist with operations, customer service, administration and people manager
