? Age 25-30 years old, Thai Nationality
? At least 2 years hotel experience
? Must have a proven sales record within hospitality industry
? Good understanding of Travel Agency and must have the commercial intelligence to initiate and conclude business deals.
? Must have strong leadership qualities, good communication and interpersonal skills, a proven track record in managing and directing high skills, motivated, successful and results-oriented sales force along with the ability to work in a highly competitive and dynamic of tourism business market.
? Strong sales management ability, presentable and great negotiation skills.
? A high-level of creative, enthusiasm, motivation and fast learner with passion on latest technologies and implementing outstanding sales ideas.
? Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
? Positive attitude and good teamwork spirit
? Manage and oversea the organization?s travel business efforts
? Head the planning and execution of the marketing strategies to promote services to online customers and sales opportunities.
? Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the relevant market area.
? Set the sales strategy and initiate marketing ideas and promotion campaigns including establish new marketing channels.
? Work with Marketing & Communications team to increase the volume of high quality Travel Agent to Infinity properly
? Ensure business unit follows clear brand identity guidelines
? Promoting Infinity all hotels and resorts under Infinity
