<p>-Thai Nationality only
<p>-Education: College degree (hotel school, university, and/or equivalent experience).
<p>-Certification: Catering school certificate is an advantage.
<p>-Experience: Minimum 8 years experience in F&B Service/Bar/Beverage Management
<p>-Languages: Excellent English and Thai
<p>-Directly responsible for the whole lounge area, ensuring a smooth running, profitable operation.
<p>-Achieve departmental Budget goals by maintaining profits through increased sales revenue and the efficient cost expenditure.
<p>-To be responsible for the monthly outlet Profit & Loss Statement and prepared a monthly P&L critique.
<p>-Preparation of the yearly department Budget by using history and forecasting techniques to develop an aggressive budget that reflects the outlets achievable capabilities.
<p>-To be aware of competitors in the market and complete a competition analysis
<p>-To be responsible for the implementation of new restaurant menu
