- Experienced in facility management, quality control or have demonstrated increasing responsibility levels in your employment.
- Knowledgeable about health and safety regulations (local and national).
- Able to use the customer database and other common computer programs for reports, spreadsheets, email etc.
- You have good skills in both English and Thai (spoken and written)

The role:
- Support the Club Manager and Department Heads in day to day management of the facility
- Manage and provide quality control supervision for one or more club areas including: schedule oversight, staff supervision, checklist auditing, safety, and policy/procedure/regulation compliance.
- Manage employee recognition and complaint systems.
- Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on club and staff performance.
