Technical Responsibilities
? Supervised the operation of the Front of the house as well as back office
? Ensure communication between all sub-department is properly done by using the right channel of delegation
? Overview department performances by analytical to enhance most effective operation within his department
? To be supportive and implement method of works according to development plan to ensure all staff has sufficient knowledge.
Commercial Responsibilities
? Front Office Manager is designate to advised all department involved of procedure change and always revise on procedure by notification from Management.
? Ensure smooth operation, avoiding severely mistakes or complaint and initiated preventive action and resolved professionalism, created amicable relations with clients
? Ensure and always in direct communication between Sales & Marketing for all special event or information and transmit to all to his department
? Timely attend Internal , Daily , Weekly or Monthly meeting ( Reason or replacement need to be informed to The Management prior absence )
? Closely supervision recommends improvements in operation especially in the following aspects of developing better service standard, increase in revenue and reduction of cost.
? Must be always in direct communication with Sales and Marketing department for all special events and transmit all information to his department.
? Prepare annual capital/operating budget and to ensure that it?s expenditure is kept within the budget by presenting the profit and loss statement on monthly basis
Human responsibilities & Training
? Plans and organizes periodical departmental training for staff in the areas of courtesy, efficiency, grooming and job knowledge (especially for new staff).
? Evaluate all staff and make appraisal with personal development review by yearly basis
? Ensure good atmosphere, cleanliness , security awareness within work area and ensure that staff are fully aware of it.
? Convene meetings with personal at regular interval for information purposed
? Ensure that internal training courses be organized as well as training program and training session and create measurable method by coordinate with Training department
