JOB SCOPE & SUMMARY:
The Position is focus and aim to achieve for overall recruitment and to lead for the process of overall utilization of HR recruiters. Additionally, the position is also fully responsible for the development of the recruitment process and implantation for recruitment innovations. Also, the position also, has to be responsible and have an experience in coordination to training and development functions. Help to maintain and improve employee?s job skills, and possibly prepare for jobs requiring greater skill.
JOB DESCRITPION:
1.Responsible for the recruitment process. The process has to be properly designed and implemented.
2.Set recruitment measurement and distributes the job vacancies across HR Recruiters.
3.Build a healthy relationship with internal employee and external recruitment vendors, universities <If need>
4.To develop of the recruitment team in Human Resources, develops successors and increases the value added by the team members.
5.Work with hiring managers, graphic designers and medias (e.g. websites, magazines, newspapers, education institutes) in order to ensure the job advertisement is posted effectively in proper channel at reasonable cost
6.To study and provide a cooperation to create, develop all training courses to meet company objective.
7.To setup and direct coaching and training.
8.General orientation and Departmental Orientation
9.Facilitate the development of yearly departmental training plans (including budgets); audit the monthly training reports submitted by each entity or department
10.Set up training-related policies and procedures and ensure that they are implemented
11.Conducting orientation program development.
12.Analysis training needs by coordinate with line managers
13.Able to set up Evaluation System, Training Survey, and follow up performance result.
14.Evaluate levels of employee?s satisfaction in the program with focus on continuous improvement.
