- Very good customer relationship management skills.
- Very good communication skill in English verbal, listening and writing.
- Strong ability to close sales.
- Knowledge of Microsoft.
- Familiarity and knowledge of all department within all hotels
- Good Computer skills.
- Understand group, catering, and wholesale position of all hotels.
- Good administrative skills.
- Actively source new accounts and develop existing accounts that will meet the yield objective of the hotel from these market segments.
- Promote hotel activities such as food promotion, and special events to all key and potential accounts including concerned organizations.
- Develop and maintain a good relationship with all hotels and other hospitality businesses.
- Monitor our and related websites to ensure that the hotel has been featured properly with the updated information and images.
- Update management on any news and information concerning the hotel, competitors and hospitality business in Tah-Tian and nearby area.
- Participate in developing and promoting hotel promotions.
- Monitor lifestyle and dining publications throughout Bangkok, along the Chaopraya river side and suggest exposure opportunities as required.
- Sale Calls - Liaise and regularly visit all Bangkok based industrial cooperate accounts, wholesale/inbound existing tour operators maintaining relationships whilst constantly sourcing new potential accounts in new merging markets. (Refer to attached existing TA/OTA contact details).
- Carry out site inspection of visiting travel industry personnel and or other visitors.
- Keep management and Bangkok office updated with happenings in Bangkok, Tah-Tian area and regularly keep abreast of competitor?s sales and website activities.
- Source and submit new promotion ideas to enhance SALA?s profile and exposure in.
- Develop and promote the boutique groups and meetings. opportunities ? Contact and visit companies, government depts. selling our mice services.
- Entertain at least 1 time per month either onsite or offsite on existing or new account managers/representatives and local representatives in tourism and trade associations.
- Prepare and distribute meetings, events, and wedding contracts.
- Main host and coordinator of each functions & events.
