? Bachelor?s degree or higher in accounting, financing or related field
? Good command of spoken, written and reading in English language
? At least 4 years experience and minimum 1 years experience in hotel business
? Solid experience in accounting process/workflow, structure and cost control
? Have some experience in implement accounting or financing system
? Proficient in accounting software and excel
? Ability to handle cash management, working capital, funding and procurement
? Strong experience in budgeting and profit & lost
? Able to work independent with positive attitude
? Handle monthly A/P, A/R and G/L reporting and reconciliation activities
? Able to summary PhorNgorDor 3, 53, 54, 50,51, PhorPhor30,36 , withholding tax and related government documents and deal with auditor
? Coordinate all accounting/reporting between the business unit and oversea overseas subsidiary and affiliated companies
? Understanding and analyzing the balance sheet, income statement cash flow statement and cash management
? Responsible for the accounting operation, forecast, budget, project appraisal, andprocurement
? Provide strategic advice in developing and implementing accounting system and handle daily operation task to meet business objectives
? Provide guidance and procedures to daily front and back office on appropriate operation and daily transaction monitoring
