Job Descriptions:
Overall
? Manage strategy implementation, in particular regarding budgets and timelines
? Advise the Management Team on key planning issues and make recommendations on important business decisions
? Establish operational (Manual) processes / process improvement and tied to long-term goals
Financial
? Ensure budget control of all company output as pertains to customer acquisition and delivery of services
? Demonstrate successful execution of business strategies for company
Guest Satisfaction
? Demonstrates and promotes the lub d key aspects commitment to providing the best possible customers? experience
? Ensures that all guest related issues and resolved in a manner consistent with the company?s goals and objectives
? Inspects and documents repairs and cleanliness of properties to ensure optimum upkeep and repair, room cleanliness and overall property appearance
Employee Management
? Communicates all policies and procedures to entire staff. Conducts regular meetings to provide various information including company communications, policy reviews, local property activities, and goals
? Motivates and gives direction to all employees and promotes the lub d key aspects
? Mentors and develops Pre-opening team, Hostel Manager; provides learning opportunities by assigning new tasks responsibilities; evaluates the team strengths and weaknesses and provides training and on the job tasks to prepare career path for GM opportunities
Summary:
Oversees all aspects of hostel?s operations in accordance with company mission and vision including maximization of guest satisfaction within established quality standard. Responsible for develop the pre-open team, staffs development and operation manual
