? Minimum 2 years experience in the position Front Office Manager of 3-5 star hotel operations.
? Enthusiasm for the hospitality service industry.
? Effective management and supervisory skills.
? Strong leadership and good interpersonal skill to deal
effectively with employees at all levels.
? Ability to respond to guests efficiently and resolve issues.
? Hands-on experience with the ability to work well under pressure.
? Good command of English communication skills and computer literate
1. Oversee effective day-to-day running of Front Office Department in achieving the goals
2. Meet and greet all Return Guests and VIP guests of the hotel.
3. Ensure that all issues relating to guest satisfaction are dealt with and followed up on a timely and professionally manner.
4. Develop departmental training and activities in order to continuously improve associate skill and knowledge.
5. Develop and maintain standards and procedural manuals both SOP and best current practice in relating to front office operation.
6. Regular inspections of all sections to ensure that the quality standards are maintained and in good working condition.
7. Ensure the staffing levels in line with hotel occupancy and productivity.
8. Develop and maintain a motivational working environment within the department.
9. Ensure associates are up-to-date with current information and data of the hotel product, including room types, rates, relative features and facilities, food and beverage outlets & promotion and other services and facilities.
10. Handle relevant comments or complains of hotel guests and informs to the Management through guest response program.
11. Any other duty that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
